Great housing news....

We have a signed lease!!! Hurray!!  Yes...I'm talking about our wonderful old house in Wilmington! Hallelujah Chorus anyone?

    Praise the Lord! What a wonderful Christmas gift! I was actually just thinking about that a couple days ago as I drove downtown. I even prayed that it would rent soon! Congrats!
